Camp Chateaugay is a traditional camp, with 280 campers
and over 140 staff, nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains, in up-state
New York. We help kids create memories for a lifetime, in a safe & nurturing environment.
Our wide geographic mix of campers makes our camp a slower pace than most other
residential camps. For these reasons, and countless others, it's so much easier
for the first time campers at Chateaugay, to make many new friends and grow. We
are hiring staff to help run our tripping program . You must be at least 21 years
of age, and have a valid driver's license. The tripping staff is responsible for
preparing and leading trips into the backcountry, for hiking, backpacking, and
